• Prior to establishing CPA AUDITING LLC, Ashraf held leadership positions at esteemed organizations such as Al Rostamani Group in Dubai, UAE, Abu Dhabi Holding (Pr.J.S.C) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Arabian Aluminum CO. within the Al Ghurair Group, also located in Dubai, UAE.
• Ashraf’s wealth of experience extends into the realm of wealth management services, catering to both Single Family Offices (SFO) and Multi Family Offices (MFO). He adeptly combines financial planning and investment strategies to sustain and enhance clients’ wealth. In addition to investment management, Ashraf excels in areas such as cash management, retirement planning, inheritance tax and estate planning, dividends declaration, and more.

• Haytham possesses a wealth of experience, with more than 21 years dedicated to serving primarily financial services companies

            across a diverse spectrum, including commercial banks, investment banking institutions, community banks, insurance companies, financial firms,                  and mutual funds. His career has spanned both Egypt and the GCC Region, allowing him to gain comprehensive insights into the intricacies of the              financial sector.

He possesses polished communication skills and has a proven ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals. • Prior to joining CPA AUDITING LLC, Haytham held significant roles in renowned firms: He served as an Audit Partner at KRESTON INTERNATIONAL, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s audit operations. Before that, Haytham worked as a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG Egypt, where he contributed his expertise to the auditing process. Preceding his tenure at KPMG Egypt, Haytham accumulated valuable experience at EY (Ernst & Young, Egypt) and Crowe Horwath-Egypt. His roles in these firms ranged from senior-level positions to managerial roles, encompassing a variety of leadership roles, including External Audit, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services, Transactions, Training, and Restructuring Services.
• As an Audit Managing Partner, Haytham assumes comprehensive responsibility for managing audits and various other facets of engagements. This includes overseeing the resolution of technical accounting issues, managing client service expectations, maintaining communication with executive management, and efficiently managing resources.

Experience

• Hazem is a Tax Partner and the head of Tax of CPA Auditing LLC, with more than 30 years of experience in the Egyptian market & the GCC region.

• Prior to join CPA Auditing LLC, he is the Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Accounting Solutions (IAS) and other multinational professional firms (such as Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young).
• He has provided direct and indirect tax services to the local businesses as well as foreign joint ventures operating in Egypt and across the GCC region as well.
• He has advised both local and multi-national clients (including trading, manufacturing, construction, petroleum, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, banking, US AID, hospitality, Service and Utilities Companies) on their statutory obligations, relevant legislation (including the labor, social insurance and customs laws) and customs laws) and

• Ehab Shalaby is a distinguished economist and sustainability expert with over 20 years of experience in lecturing, research, and policy advising on Sustainable Development and climate change.

• He holds an MSc and Ph.D. from Cairo University and the Free University of Berlin, focusing on the informal sector’s economic impact and Energy Policy for Sustainable Development.
• Shalaby is a certified quality education manager and currently lectures at the Maastricht School of Management.
• He is also a certified sustainability reporting trainer from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and has trained over 300 sustainability ambassadors. His extensive
  consultation work spans public and private sectors, including key contributions to Egypt’s INDCs report and the Sustainable Development Strategy.
• Shalaby is the CEO of DCarbon Egypt and actively engaged in various sustainability initiatives, including serving on the board of trustees for the Vodafone Foundation and leading the “Law and Sustainable Development” conference, addressing vital legal and sustainable business matters.
